PCM Schools

Voters in the PCM School District passed an extension of Physical Plant and Equipment Levy (PPEL) funding at this week’s school board election.

Superintendent Brad Jermeland tells KNIA/KRLS news PPEL money is typically used for continued facility upgrades.

“It will allow us to continue to make improvements to our facilities, transportaton fleet, and technology that we offer students and the technology staff uses within the building,” he says.

He says an overwhelming majority of voters approved the extension, which shows a high level of support in their communities for the school system.

“We’re very grateful that we had the turnout that we had,” Jermeland says.

The PCM School Board will welcome their newly elected members at their next meeting on Monday, September 21st.
