Knoxville Chamber sign

Knoxville Chamber of Commerce board president Annie Leonard says the chamber will continue to operate normally after parting ways with executive director Josh McKenna last week.

Leonard says they’re moving forward with several big projects. Office hours will change slightly, opening at 9am but now closing at 4pm, with office manager Mary Spurgeon providing services and board members rotating to assist with day-to-day operations.

Leonard thanked McKenna for all the work he’s done this past year and says the board wishes him the best in his future. She adds that anyone looking to volunteer their services is asked to contact the chamber office.

Meanwhile, the Chamber continues to prepare for upcoming events, such as the Chamber Auction on Saturday, October 3rd, and Living Windows in November.
