ARRESTS:

 On 9/13/15 Ashely D. Ash, 32, of Ottumwa was charged with operation without an interlock device. Ash was cited and released.

 On 9/13/15 Dillon M. Van Dyke, 23, of Pella was charged with public intoxication. Van Dyke was incarcerated for the night.

 On 9/14/15 Kaleb M. Marshall, 26, of Knoxville was charged with driving while suspended. Marshall was cited and released with a court date.

 On 9/14/15 Timmothy D. Closser, 35, of Bloomfield was charged with driving while suspended. Closser was cited and released.

 On 9/15/15 Melinda S. Healy, 37, of Ottumwa was charged with disturbing the peace. Healy was cited and released.

 On 9/15/15 William Yeager, 43, of Ottumwa was charged with disorderly conduct. Yeager was cited and also held for another agency on a warrant.

 On 9/17/15 Dustin R Witzenburg, 36, of Pella was charged with public intoxication, disorderly conduct, theft 5th degree and criminal mischief. Witzenburg was incarcerated for the night.

 On 9/18/15 Aaron W. Wilson, 36, of Oskaloosa was charged with driving while suspended. Wilson was cited and released with a court date.

 On 9/19/15 Lasaundra D. Lanphier, 26, of Newton was charged with theft 5th degree. Lanphier was cited and released.

 On 9/19/15 Tricia N. VanWaardhuizen-Orr, 42, of Pella was charged with dog at large. VanWaardhuizen was cited and released with a court date.
