Many people make getting in shape their New Year’s resolution.
This is why the Knoxville Rec Center has created the “F.I.T. It In” program to help participants work towards the goals they set. Wellness Supervisor Angie Jones says the program is an effort being taken on by the entire rec center staff, so people can find the right instructor to help them attain the fitness goals they set for themselves. The program begins Sunday and runs from 3:30pm to 5pm.
