The Trojan Boys Basketball squad has had to learn a lot of things in just a little amount of time. A new head coach, combined with just returning four contributors from last years run to the district final, makes learning a new system harder because it is basically starting from scratch.

New Head Coach Joel Allman tells KNIA/KRLS Sports that he knows his team is helped by the fact that his older, more experienced players are guards which helps his young big men get a bigger grasp of the offense, and helps witht their positioning. The young trio of big men, Mac Harken, Devon Dursky, and Brady McMains, all of whom will return as Trojans next year, have stepped up and provided an inside presence for the Trojans, especially on the defensive rebounding side. The Trojans will hit the court again for the first time in 2016 Tuesday at Central Decatur.
