Knoxville Interim City Manager Aaron Adams says the city has prepared itself for the future.

The past year saw a lot of planning for projects that will be take place in 2016 and beyond. Adams says getting a 10-year pavement management study to begin the process of replacing roads in Knoxville, along with the progress being made in expanding the city’s trail system have been great accomplishments that will continue in the coming year.
