After both the Men’s and Women’s Storm Basketball squads started off the new year with a conference loss to Buena Vista on Wednesday, both squads will have the opportunity today at Coe College.

The Women are lead by senior guard Maddie Bosworth in scoring at at 12 points per game, but it is rebounding where the Storm really struggle, as a team they are getting outrebounded by opponents by nearly three a game. On the Men’s side, the Storm did not capitalize on a strong run of play by sophomore guard Sam Amsbaugh who scored 27 points on a career night on Wednesday off the bench and will need his scoring if they want to beat Coe.
