The Pella Community Foundation Board of Directors approved 30 grants to local non-profit organizations.
This is the eighth year in a row $50,000 in total was awarded. In its 24 year history, the Foundation has awarded more than $872,000 in board directed grants. President Jim Brandl said the organizations receiving funding this year demonstrate a great amount of diversity in the local community.
