Pella Regional Health Center recently named Ashley Arkema to the role of Human Resources Manager.

Arkema tells KNIA/KRLS News she is responsible for the areas of employee relations, recruitment, benefits, compensation, and leadership development. Arkema says she has many years of Human Resources experience, and that’s an example of the different areas of careers at Pella Regional. She plans to build on current HR programs at the hospital.
