The numbers continue to rise from the 8th annual Knoxville Coaches vs. Cancer event. The estimated total is now close to $70,000 and growing.

Saturday night was a special night for Will and Christine Buttell of Knoxville. In 2009, their two-year-old daughter Anna had been diagnosed with cancer and Anna was recognized at the very first Knoxville Coaches vs. Cancer event, along with Mary Keefer. The Buttell’s told KNIA/KRLS News that Anna is now nine years old, doing great, that she was enjoying playing with the other children at the event. Anna and Mary Keefer had a brief and happy reunion Saturday night.
