Approximately 250 people attended a rally for Hillary Clinton in Knoxville.
Among her major points was the importance of electing a Democratic President in order to reject what she called failed Republican economic policies. She asked the audience to consider the American economy under the previous five presidents, in where Clinton claims Democratic presidents have had to rescue the economy from disastrous economic policies of Republican predecessors.
She also discussed immigration efforts, the importance of maintaining and not privatizing the U.S. Postal Service, and her support for women to make their own reproductive decisions, not politicians. Clinton was asked about her faith, and she shared that she is a Methodist, her faith is important to her, and given that Christianity has so much love for others in it, it saddens her that it is used so often to judge others harshly, as judgement is best left to God.
