The Pleasantville Wrestling team had a strong showing at North Tama over the weekend having several first and second place finishers that included standouts Sawyer Phillips, Griffin McBride, Chaz Clark, and Will Anthony.

With only this meet tonight at Lenox and one more before postseason, now is the time the Trojans want to be peaking on the season, and they seem to have accomplished that goal. Sawyer Phillips improved his record to 29-7 on the season, and seems to have gotten over the injury bug that plagued him at this time last season. Mcbride has locked down the 145lb weight class, and the junior brings a 20-4 record to the table. Chaz Clark has only exited the mats with a loss twice so far this season, racking up 29 wins. Will Anthony, despite facing some of the toughest competition of the state in the likes of Carter Isley of Albiam he still has a record of 28-6. The Trojans will compete against Mount Ayr, Lenox, and Marryville tonight, and full results of the quad can be found on KNIAKRLS.com
