The candidates for the open Knoxville City Council position have been finalized.

Applicants are Craig Kelley, Chris Schwanebeck, Barbara Vasquez, and Jason Everly. Interviews will be conducted February 3rd, and the appointment will be made at the regular council meeting on February 15.
