The Knoxville Hospital & Clinics is partnering with other community health providers to update the 2013 Community Health Needs Assessment.

They are asking the community to help. They request that those living in the area complete an online survey by Tuesday, March 1. There will also be a Town Hall meeting on Tuesday, March 15 from 5:30-7pm at the Knoxville High School to hear the survey results. For the online survey, click here.
