The Marion County Secondary Roads Department tells KNIA/KRLS that they have closed Elkhorn between Park Hills and Dubuque because a culvert has collapsed. Repairs will begin tomorrow. Also, Beardsley from 35th Pl to 40th Ave has closed due to an ice jam on the Des Moines River near Swan.
