The Fox Pub and Grill and the Red Rock Cultural Center closed Saturday. Owners Joe and Carol Martinez say they have enjoyed operating the restaurant, but it’s time to move on.

They have sold the building to Ramaeker Screen Printing, who will move their operations into the building. They bought the location in 2004 and restored it to serve the needs of the restaurant. Carol says they would like to thank the people of Knoxville and the area for their support and patronage. She says they have made many friends here, and plan to stay in the community for at least the near future.
