Knoxville Lions Club Community of Pride Avenue of Flags is preparing for its third year.

The Avenue lines Highway 14 with over 800 American flags according to Lion’s Club President Ladd Montegna. Montegna adds that the avenue makes the community look great. The Lion’s Club is requesting that homeowners who have holes for flagpoles in their yards please make an effort to mark them so that finding them is easier for preparations in mid april. They are also requesting donations to replace flags damaged by wind in November.
