Tanya LaCaze was selected as February Shining Star by co-workers at Pella Regional Health Center.

The resident of Knoxville was nominated based on her work with prior insurance authorizations for medical imaging and clinic medication.

Shining Star is a reward and recognition program at Pella Regional designed to acknowledge an employee each month that demonstrates outstanding standards of behavior.

LaCaze will receive $100 a plaque, and is nominated for the Shining Star of the Year award.
