An Ankeny man is accused of numerous felonies after police say he stole a Florida woman’s credit card to make purchases in Pella.

Chad Jacob Hollingsworth, 34, is charged with ongoing criminal conduct, a class B felony, two counts of forgery and identity theft, each a class D felony, and two counts of theft in the 4th degree.

According to court records, Hollingsworth used a stolen credit card to purchase hundreds of dollars worth of gift cards, lottery tickets, and other merchandise on two separate occasions in Pella.

Hollingsworth had bond set at $40,000 and a preliminary hearing set on April 8th.
