The Lady Dutch took on Ballard in tennis last night, but fell 2 – 9.

Head Coach Josh Mccollam told KNIA/KRLS Sports the score doesn’t quite reflect the quality of the matches.

“Three matches in particular at one singles, three singles, four singles, and lost in the third set match tie break which really swings it one way or the other,” says Mccollam.

Pella was able to swing a third set win with their no. 3 doubles match. Mccollam says the team will hit the trail and work on some drills to prepare for Thursday’s meet at Ottumwa.
