With the Pleasantville Girls Golf Team opening up their spring season last night not only battling the bigger schools of Ogden, Nevada and North Polk but the elements as well, the Trojans would still prevail and garner a first place finish, something they plan on doing a lot this season.

Both Ogden and Nevada, which is a 4A school, have high aspirations for this season and though it is early the Trojans will take the win and look to keep the momentum going. The Trojans have plenty of practice on the course for their next meet, where they host Martensdale-St. Mary’s and Southeast Warren on their home course at the Pleasantville Golf and Country Club.
