The new community based outpatient clinic broke ground yesterday in Knoxville.

VA Central Iowa Health Care System leadership, the Knoxville VA, Graham Construction, Horty Elving Architectural firm, and Knoxville Mayor Brian Hatch were onsite to break ground and share their remarks. The 12,800 square foot clinic will have primary care, mental health, telehealth, and specialty services. Susan Martin, Interim Director for VA Central Iowa Health Care System expressed her admiration for Knoxville and her pride in being able to continue you for veterans in this community. The ceremony was held at the corner of Lincoln and Long Lane.
