This is National Library Week. Pella Library Director Wendy Street tells KNIA/KRLS News each year all types of libraries are celebrated for their impact on the patrons they serve.

The Pella Library is exchanging food for fines through the end of the week.

The Friends of the Pella Public Library are also holding a book sale, with new materials sold in exchange for donations during regular library hours until Sunday.
