Knoxville Township Rural Fire and Knoxville Rescue responded to a garage fire on Mckimber Lane just outside of Knoxville yesterday.

There was damage to the roof of the building and a skid loader stored in the garage. A can of diesel fuel also added to the blaze. Township Fire Chief Kenny Thompson told KNIA/KRLS News firefighters were on scene fast enough to save two antique cars and other materials in a garage stall adjacent to the skid loader. A cause for the fire could not be immediately identified.
