The judge in the wrongful death case of Carter v. Carter has signed the stipulation releasing the 911 call that Jason Carter made on the morning of his mother’s murder.

The plaintiff in the case, Bill Carter et. al. requested the 911 call as part of their discovery. The Marion County Sheriff’s Office and DCI resisted the motion, claiming it would damage the criminal investigation. The two parties reached an agreement today for the information to be released to Bill Carter et. al. under seal. The autopsy report was also released as part of the stipulation.
