The Marion County Democratic Central Committee monthly meeting is being held tomorrow.

Marty Duffy, Democratic candidate for Iowa State Representative in District 28, will be present to meet with attendees and share his plans for the legislature. Duffy is competing in the Democratic primary along with Lois De Waard. Republican Greg Heartsill currently holds the seat and is running as the incumbent. Time for dinner and socializing begins at 5:30 p.m. The business meeting will begin at 6:30 p.m. The meeting will be held at Deng’s Garden in Knoxville.
