Knoxville took first place at its own tennis Invitational yesterday. The Panthers scored 25 points to Albia’s 20 while Pella was third with 15. The Panthers swept top honors in the singles and doubles with A-J Jackson winning the singles and Braden DeLong and Blake McClung teamed up to take first place in the doubles portion. In singles’ competition for Pella…Colton Edwards was third place. Isaiah Martin finished fifth place with a four-and-one record. Ani Tangellapalli and Michael Reed teamed up to take third place in the doubles bracket. Reid Leidigh and Ryan VanMaanen were fifth.
