A blowout and a narrow victory summed up the day Pella High’s tennis teams had versus Norwalk last night. The Lady Dutch blanked the Warriors, 11 – 0; all matches, both singles and doubles, were straight-set wins. Elyse Sadler and Cecily Johnson had the only 6 – 0, 6 – 0 win in their doubles match. The Little Dutch had a little tougher time in the team matches; Pella grabbed 5-of-6 singles victories away from Norwalk, but could only manage one doubles triumph. The team of Jake Speltz and Isaiah Roozeboom won 6 – 4 and 7 – 5 to secure the meet in favor of the Little Dutch. Full Pella results for the boys and girls can be found below.
