There is a ribbon cutting today in Knoxville.

Optimae Life Services will celebrate its opening in the old Radio Shack building on the south side of the Knoxville Square. The ribbon cutting by Mayor Brian Hatch will take place at 4:30 p.m. Optimae Life Services is having an open house as part of the event from 4-6 p.m.
