Traffic was slowed near the Westpoort business area in Pella Monday over the lunch hour after a two truck collision.

Pella Police responded to a call just after noon for a pair of white Ford pickups colliding at the intersection of Washington Street and West 16th Street. A Ford F350 with a TK Concrete logo appeared to hit the back of a Ford F150 truck just south of the Highway 163 overpass.

The accident is under investigation, and no major injuries were reported. Knoxville Rescue and the Marion County Sheriff’s Office assisted at the scene.
