Racing out to a 2 – 0 in the first 40 minutes, the Pella Christian boys’ soccer team took down Knoxville last night, 3 – 0. Davi Simoes and Gabriel Soler added to their already impressive goal total with one apiece in the first half, before Davi connected for his second of the game in the final period. Both players assisted on one another’s goals. The Eagles are now 9 – 2 this season, and they begin a three-game road swing tonight when they face Grinnell for a conference battle.
