Knoxville Police Officers were called to the intersection of Rock Island and First Street Tuesday morning on a report of criminal mischief.

They found a vehicle with windows broken out, scratches along the body and a destroyed tire. Blood was found on the vehicle near a broken window. Nathan Marshall was identified as a suspect and while interviewing Marshall officers noticed cuts on his hand consistent with punching through and breaking a window. Marshall was arrested and charged with criminal mischief in the 2nd degree, a class D felony.
