The Knoxville Summer Lunch Program is offering free lunches to children this summer starting today.

The program will take place June 1 through August 31. Dawn Allspach-Kline of the steering committee in charge of the project says that meals will be offered Monday, Wednesday and Friday of each week and everyone 18 and younger is welcome to a meal.The lunches will be served at the First United Methodist Church across the street from City Hall from 11:30-12.
