City of Pella parks staff has been installing new garden sculptures in Central Park.

Community Services Director Jeanette Vaughan tells KNIA/KRLS News the theme for this summer is “Family Game Night,” with flower beds designed around games many people played growing up, such as Monopoly, Break the Ice and Candyland. More themed beds will be added throughout this week and likely completed sometime next week.

The features were created by Community Services Park’s staff and Art Instructors during the winter months.
