The first Thursdays in Pella begins tonight with the theme of “Family Fun for Everyone.”

Jodi Bokhoven with Families First of Pella tells KNIA/KRLS News a wide range of activities will be hosted on the downtown square. She says a bike rodeo will be held, with an emphasis on safety.

Entertainment on the Tulip Toren includes the Community Children’s Choir at 6 p.m., Character Counts Awards at 6:45, the magic of Rick Eugene at 7, and the City Band at 8.

The KNIA/KRLS Lil’ Big Red Radio will broadcast live from every Thursdays in Pella event this summer.
