Educators with the Iowa State University entomology department visited the Knoxville Public Library Summer Reading Program with a collection of amazing insects yesterday.

Children at the library program saw and learned about tarantulas, scorpions, cockroaches and centipedes. They did science experiments and learned facts about the creatures. The Summer Reading Program is free and continues with events throughout the summer.
