Mediacom customers in Pella and other areas of Central Iowa have reported a widespread outage.

Some customers in the city have had service restored. Mediacom in Knoxville believes the outage to be related to construction and have crews working to repair it on Oskaloosa Street in Pella. No timeline has been given for full restoration of service. KNIA/KRLS News will update with more information as soon as it becomes official.
