The Knoxville City Council met in regular session Monday night.

The council discussed comprehensive plan proposals and set salaries and wages for appointed officers and non-collective bargaining unit employees for the new fiscal year beginning July 1. City Manager Aaron Adams says the comprehensive plan is the guide for Knoxville’s future. The city is considering proposals from several companies that specialize in city planning. The meeting was broadcast live on KNIA.
