The Knoxville Baseball Squad will have an important South Central Conference game tonight against Chariton. The Panthers have a one game lead on Centerville for first place in the conference, and the Panthers control their own destiny. Knoxville and the Chargers split a varsity double header on June eighth in two very different games with Knoxville getting the dominating game one victory and the Chargers winning the night cap. Both teams seem to be going in opposite directions with Knoxville winning three in a row while the Chargers are reeling in the midst of a six game losing streak.
