Tomorrow morning’s Balloonfest activities will be kicked off with a run supporting local cross country teams.
The 5th annual Balloonfest 5K/10K is set to begin at 8 a.m. at North Overlook Beach. Race Organizer Mike Buchheit tells KNIA/KRLS News proceeds from the run and walk event benefit athletics at Knoxville, Pella, and Pella Christian High Schools. Registration begins at 7, and the race can be performed as either an individual or team. \
