A Knoxville man was arrested for threatening another with a handgun Wednesday.
An officer was dispatched to reports of someone armed in the 200 block of Lincoln just after 5 a.m. Upon arrival the victim told the officer Jonathan Lee Decker had threatened him with a gun he pulled from his waistband during an argument that became physical. Decker was interviewed and admitted to carrying a loaded Hi-Point CS .380 in his waistband. Decker was arrested and charged with carrying weapons, and going armed with intent, a class D felony.
