Next year the City of Knoxville will begin asking for input for the comprehensive and strategic plan for the city.
Knoxville City Manager Aaron Adams says the City Council is in the process of selecting a firm to develop a plan for the City’s future. The council has whittled the field down to four companies which will present their proposals in the near future. The plan will cover both short term goals and long term strategy for the next 20 years. The last comprehensive plan for Knoxville was developed in 1999.
