Patty Judge, the former Lieutenant Governor and Democratic opponent of Chuck Grassley for U.S. Senate held a meet and greet Saturday in Knoxville.
About 35 people attended the event, where Judge talked about the importance of electing Hillary Clinton and called sitting Senator Chuck Grassley part of the problem. Judge specifically criticized Grassley’s handling of the appointment of Merrick Garland to the U.S. Supreme Court and says it’s time for Grassley to step aside after 36 years at the capitol. Judge is a farmer and former Iowa Secretary of Agriculture.
