The Knoxville City Council will meet in regular session Monday.
The Council will swear in a new police officer, discuss and possibly take action regarding 101 South Third Street. They will also adopt an ordinance creating a storm water utility and hear an update on the Kiwanis Miracle Playground Project, among other items. The meeting will be held at City Hall at 6:15 p.m.
