A celebration of life for Rick Seibert age 49 of Harvey will be Friday August 5th at 10am at the Assembly of God Church in Harvey. Burial will follow in the Eureka Cemetery in rural Harvey. Rick’s wishes were to be cremated and a visitation will take place Thursday from 5-8pm at the church. In lieu of flowers, a memorial has been established to his family.
