Motorcycles and other vehicles ride in remembrance of Clayton Harsin today.
Michelle Harsin, Clayton’s mother, says the Wheels and Wings Ride commemorates Clayton’s life and love of motorcycles. Clayton Harsin was killed by a drunk driver in August of 2014 while riding his motorcycle. All proceeds from the event will be donated to the Knoxville Township Rural and Knoxville Fire Departments. The route is from Knoxville to Newton to Grinnell to Oskaloosa and back to Knoxville. This comes just a few days after the 2nd anniversary of Clayton’s death. Michelle Harsin says her son would have loved the ride and believes he will be pleased to see it.
