The Pella Chamber of Commerce is holding the next class in their Leadership Academy Series at the end of the month.
Pella Chamber Executive Director Karen Eischen says they are partnering with Dale Carnegie training for the program focusing on understanding generational diversity. The class is from 8:30 a.m to 12:30 p.m. on August 30th.

The Pella Chamber is proud to partner with Dale Carnegie Training to offer leadership training for our members and their employees to further develop the leadership skills within your current workforce in 2016. All classes are limited to 24 participants. This class will focus on:
Influencing Change Across Generations: This event will provide insights and tools to help you turn the different attitudes and skills each generation brings to the table into powerful performance drivers. We will learn the best approaches to providing feedback and coaching for each generations, resulting in a more rewarding and engaging work environment for both the employee and manager.
