Big changes are coming over the next year at the Red Rock Hydroelectric Project.
Vern Cochran with Missouri River Energy Services says the primary focus on the downstream side is the future power plant itself, which has been completely excavated and is now being filled with various powerhouse components.
On the lake side, he says foundational work continues on the intake structure that will eventually funnel water into the turbines.
