Three Central College athletes have been chosen as Iowa Conference performers of the week in their respective sports.
Women’s soccer player Kallie Holte and volleyball player Mollie Mason were honored for the first time in their careers, while football kicker Aaron Marcellus was picked for the fourth time in two years.
Additionally, Dutch football defensive end Edwin Etienne has been named to the D3Football.com Team of the Week. He recorded 2.5 sacks and 2.5 tackles for loss in Central’s 33-0 victory over Buena Vista on Saturday.
