Starting off the season with four road games, and the Iowa Conference with a 1-1 start, the Simpson Storm are finally ready to open their home field against the Luther Norse this afternoon.

The Storm are celebrating homecoming, and also have other cause for celebration as star running back Jordan Beem is returning from injury to play for the first time in two weeks. The Storm are coming off a bye week after a week four win against Buena Vista, and have a chance to vault themselves in the upper echelong of the Iowa Conference with a win against a Luther squad that has struggled.

Starting quarterback Caleb Frye had his best game of the season against the Beavers,and will look to keep that momentum going into today.
